something may have gotten corrupted or the language may have changed to a different one, it has happened. update it again, just do one make and reboot, if it still don't show it then it may have changed your default language to something else, check in to that. if it shows the one make you updated then continue to update the rest. first do the small updates, then the bigger ones leave them  to the end and one at a time. make sure charger is connected at all times. if your language was changed then contact autel support team good luck.
